Teachers Return For Learning Week

Berkley Schools' 2026-27 calendar lists Tuesday, August 18, as teachers' first day. Staff professional learning days are scheduled from August 18 through August 20. The district separately lists Monday, August 24, as students' first full day, with kindergarten and transitional kindergarten students attending a half day. Families should use the district calendar and school communications to plan for the start of classes, child care needs, and the early-learning schedule.
