Hazardous Waste Drop-Off Returns August 30

Miami Beach will offer a household hazardous waste, used electronics and paper drop-off Sunday, August 30, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 40 Street and Chase Avenue. Residents can bring items such as used oil, fertilizers, old paint, insecticides, batteries, electronics and piles of paper for safe disposal. The service helps keep chemicals and electronic waste out of regular trash and recycling carts. Residents should bring materials during the posted hours and use the designated drop-off location.
