Council To Consider Crosby Cedar Bayou Zoning

Baytown City Council is scheduled to hold a final public hearing and consider an ordinance on August 13 concerning a proposed zoning map amendment at 3710 Crosby Cedar Bayou Road. The request would change approximately 16.474 acres from Suburban Residential to Urban Residential for a proposed 273-unit apartment development. The vacant site is south of Massey Tompkins Road and east of Crosby Cedar Bayou Road. Residents can review the application materials and sign up to speak at the final public hearing.
