Walking Session Explores Franklin Village

The Franklin Public Library will offer its Nordic Walking and Japanese Interval Walking session Friday, August 14, from 11:00 a.m. to noon. The group will walk around Franklin Village while learning techniques for both walking styles. Registration is required by phone or at the library desk, and each session is limited to five walkers. The library provides poles for participants using the Nordic Walking format. Attendees should wear suitable clothing and shoes, bring water, and use sun protection.
