Channing Park Budget Hearing Set

Channing Park Community Development District has scheduled a public hearing on its proposed fiscal year 2027 budget and assessments for August 20 at 4:30 PM. The hearing will take place at Channing Park Recreation Center, 17358 Chelsea Downs Circle, Lithia. The district's approved resolution says the proposed budget and assessment information will be available for public inspection before the hearing.
