County Planning Boards Hold August Hearing

Jasper County's Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals are scheduled to meet Monday, August 17, at 7:00 p.m. The county lists the meeting through its Planning and Development Department and provides Zoom access. These boards handle matters including zoning map and ordinance changes, planned developments, subdivisions, variances, special exceptions and appeals. Residents who may be affected by a public hearing can review materials through the Planning and Development office. The county says interested residents may speak at a hearing or submit written concerns to the proposal file through the hearing date.
